Nadeau partners with compensation survey experts, executive search consultants and HRIS partners to deliver the best human resources consulting services her clients.

Ms. Nadeau has lived in the Boston area since 1991, originally coming to Boston from New Orleans, LA.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Boston College. Ms. Nadeau has been cited in numerous industry periodicals and is a member of SHRM, FSHR and ESIX.  HR Ignite is also a proud member of  the Family Office Association.

Nicole Nadeau's journey in the realm of human resources and leadership development has evolved into a rich tapestry, showcasing her dedication and innovation. In her most recent chapter, she has ventured into the role of an HR Consultant and Executive Coach, with a particular focus on small to mid-size businesses, specializing in family offices. At the helm of her company, HR Ignite, Nicole leads initiatives in compensation design, HR compliance, talent and leadership management, as well as staffing and organization design.

One notable milestone in her consulting practice was the establishment of Launch 360 in 2023 (www.Launch-360), a cloud-based Leadership Assessment tool designed for rapid deployment and tailored to the unique needs of small to mid-size companies. This innovative tool eliminates the need for software installation, offering a simple and self-administered approach. The assessment process is characterized by 100% confidentiality, ensuring anonymity and fostering honest and open feedback. Launch 360 sets itself apart by providing easy-to-understand feedback with actionable insights, eschewing confusing reporting metrics. Geared towards affordability and accessibility, the tool does not require the hiring of an outside consultant or a special certification, making it an accessible resource for organizations seeking comprehensive leadership assessments.

In 2010, Ms. Nadeau entered the fold of the Crosby Company of New Hampshire and Beacon Trust Company as the Head of Human Resources. As a vital member of the Senior Leadership team, she undertook the monumental task of leading strategy and execution in various critical areas. Her purview included overseeing Leadership Development, Coaching and Training initiatives, Organizational Design, HR Compliance and Risk management, Compensation Design, Total Rewards programs, Benefits and Payroll administration, HRIS Systems implementation, and fostering Employee engagement.

Before her tenure with Crosby Company and Beacon Trust, Ms. Nadeau honed her expertise during her time at Fidelity, where she joined forces in 2004. Prior to Fidelity, she made significant contributions to Merrill Lynch, specifically focusing on building HR delivery for regional offices on the East Coast within Merrill's Private Client Group.

During her time with Fidelity's HR executive team, Ms. Nadeau showcased versatility by working across all business units. She led executive searches for venture capital businesses, highlighting her diverse skill set and deep talent acquisition understanding. Starting here career at a Cambridge search firm, she became a 'Top-Biller' and won The “Presidents Award” each year, solidifying her reputation. 

Ms. Nadeau, also a Certified Women Empowerment Coach, dedicates herself to uplifting individuals, particularly women. With a career marked by achievements, she remains a trailblazer in HR and leadership development.
